UAE President and Vice Presidents congratulate Czech President on National Day

UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan sent a message of congratulations to President Petr Pavel of the Czech Republic on his country's National Day, and the two Vice Presidents sent similar messages.

The messages are part of a diplomatic tradition observed by the UAE leadership on the national occasions of friendly countries, reflecting the cordial ties between the UAE and its partners.

The Czech Republic marks 28 October each year as the anniversary of the founding of an independent Czechoslovak state in 1918, a public holiday in the country.

The UAE and the Czech Republic maintain diplomatic relations and cooperation in several fields, including trade, tourism and investment.
