In the third quarter alone, revenue reached AED 19.5 billion, up 6.9%, and net profit AED 11.2 billion, helped by completing the sale of its entire stake in Vodafone for total proceeds of AED 21.9 billion including final dividends, and net proceeds of about AED 8 billion. Quarterly EBITDA rose to AED 9 billion at a 46.1% margin, and to AED 26.7 billion over nine months.

The group's subscriber base reached 254.8 million, up 29.4%, including 16.5 million in the UAE, up 5.2%, driven by demand for advanced digital services.

The results coincided with the group's 50th anniversary and a new vision that puts AI at the core of its business while continuing under the Etisalat name. It plans to raise international connectivity capacity above 500 terabits per second by 2030, more than 25 times current capacity.

Group CEO Masood M. Sharif Mahmood said the results show the resilience of the business model and operational efficiency, and that the group is cementing its role as a key enabler of digital transformation through secure infrastructure and high-speed connectivity.
